What our clients say

Chris was unbiased with his advice. He was not pushy - quite the opposite as he advised me to speak to other advisers also. His advice was clear and constructive, his focus was purely on what was best for me, which is unlike other advisers. his calm manner and honesty was reassuring.

Mark Gledhill | Merseyside | Client since 2019

We were looking to do some planning for future retirement and tidy up multiple pensions we have accumulated. Chris has advised on the investments as well as financial planning for other aspects of life.

Richard Brown | Northumberland | Client since 2018

My previous adviser decided to narrow his field of work and selected Chris Douglas and his staff as the most effective and efficient alternative adviser. This was high praise which has been borne out by his performance.

Pat Barlow Thomas | Shropshire | Client since 2016

Chris has been managing our pension arrangements for over two years now and we are happy with the way things are going. He presented us with a range of options along with his recommendation for the optimal investment.

Charles Frost | London | Client since 2017

Chris explained a number of options to us and gave us the opportunity to ask lots of questions so that we fully appreciated the detail in terms which we understood. Chris has been our IFA for two years now and we are very happy with the service he provides.

Lou | Manchester | Client since 2018

I had not long retired and Chris was recommended, I was not disappointed. He explained to me in a very unbiased and reassuringly way what I could do with my investment. He has a way of going through everything in a very honest and clear way.

Mark Gledhill | Merseyside | Client since 2019

Chris is very professional, helpful, informative and is able to explain any complex issues, by putting them into bite size pieces, to make them easy to understand. He assessed my current circumstances, created an ongoing plan to help me manage the financial side of my life and aligned it with my goals.
